    • Thought Question: Describe how Amazon's Prime Wardrobe service works, and explain how it is different from other kinds of online shopping. In addition, state whether you think Prime Wardrobe will be a success, and explain your reasoning. Use facts and details from the Article, as well as your own knowledge, in your response.
      • Write an EIGHT sentence A (BC) (BC) (BC) C response!
      • Remember to label your ARTICLE NOTES from your Setting the Purpose summaries
      • See Google Classroom for a refresher on how to write ABC2 and complete the Five Step Achieve Routine.
Homework: Complete your Achieve3000 tonight if not completed in class.

    • Key Question: What is being done in New Delhi, India, to reduce air pollution?
      • A- Address the prompt using wording from the prompt and make a debatable claim.
      • B- Back it up with SPECIFIC (use proper nouns) evidence.
      • C- Connect your evidence to your claim using commentary.
      • C- Conclude your thinking by restating your “A” statement.
Homework: Complete your CNN10 notes if not completed in class.

    • What role did merchants and traders play in the spread of Islam?

Spring Semester Calendar
Today in class:
  • Video Notes: Biography- Muhammad the Prophet
    • Take a minimum (more is better) of 20 bullet point notes as you watch the video
    • Focus on answer these kinds of questions:
      • Who was Muhammad and what was his story? (Where was he from, what did he do, etc.?)
      • What places and people were important to the life of Muhammad?
      • What big events took place during the life of Muhammad?
      • DO NOT focus on minor details like dates or numbers. Focus on the BIG PICTURE. What is the main idea? Do your best with spelling and sound words out as best you can.
Homework: Complete Ch. 10.1 homework DUE tomorrow

    • Countries for the map portion of the test: Georgia, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia
